As an HR employee i can understand every pain of employees.. AI and employees are both valuable assets for any company, but they have different strengths and weaknesses. Here are some of the main differences between AI and employees:AI is faster, more accurate, and more consistent than human employees. AI can process large amounts of data, perform complex calculations, and follow rules without errors or fatigue. AI can also work 24/7 without breaks or vacations. 👾Employees are more creative, empathetic, and adaptable than AI. Employees can generate new ideas, solve problems, and innovate. Employees can also understand emotions, feelings, and values of other people, and communicate effectively. Employees can cope with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change. 👨💼Treat each person’s basic dignity. This means recognizing that every employee has inherent worth and deserves fair and equitable treatment. You can show respect by greeting them, listening to them, and addressing them by their preferred name ♥️✨#respectemployee #employee #respect #ai #treatasaperson #employees
