You may have read on the main game page that the chances of winning the Cash4Life top prize are 1 in 21,846,048 or that you have an overall chance of 1 in 8 to win a prize on each ticket.

What is the Cash4Life payout? * Top Prize is payable as a for-life annuity (minimum of twenty years) of $365,000 per year or a one-time lump sum payment at the election of the winner. The amount of the lump sum payment is equal to the estimated cash required to purchase the annuity.

Bring your winning ticket and a completed Claim Form to a District Office. Pick up the Claim Form at any Lottery retail location or District Office, or download the form (PDF). For 2nd Chance prizes, there's a different Claim Form, which you can download at 2nd Chance Claim form (PDF).

Winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the last winning draw date on the ticket. Purchased tickets are only valid for the dates shown on the ticket. The ticket, not the playslip, is the only valid proof of your number selection, and it is the only valid receipt to claim a prize.
